Booking policy
We require a $50 deposit to book an appointment or skin consultation, this is redeemable on any treatments or products. In the case you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 24hrs notice is required. If the correct notice is given the deposit amount can either be refunded or stay on your account for your next appointment.
Arriving at the clinic
Once you have arrived at 242 Hoppers lane, Werribee, you will find the parking easily accessible. To identify the correct building look out for the white and green building. Once you have entered you will find level 1 access via the stairs or lift. When you find yourself on level 1 look for the signage for Wyndham Private Specialist Consulting Suites. Upon entering the Consulting Suites please let the receptionist know you have an appointment with SkinFirm Cosmetic Clinic and they will direct you to the waiting area near my suite. I will come out to meet you in this area.
